RS Windtech operates two workshop facilities staffed by highly skilled engineers and technicians for servicing gearboxes from 225KW to 2.5MW capacity. We continuously enhance our capabilities across all major gearbox types and OEM configurations.

With 35 Ton EOT we can change all the internals for gearbox upto capacity of 3.3MW

Main Shaft & Bearings

Main shaft and bearing replacements carried out in controlled workshop conditions for precision results.

Hydraulic Systems

Hub power pack servicing, brake hydraulic system maintenance, blade and cylinder seal replacement.

Pitch & Yaw Systems

Pitch and yaw system testing, slew ring reconditioning and nacelle repair and repainting services.

Laser Alignment

Precision laser alignment services for gearboxes and drivetrain components, plus hydraulic laboratory testing.

Complete Component Servicing Capability

Our workshop infrastructure enables RS Windtech to offer end-to-end repair and refurbishment services — from gearbox overhauls and generator rewinding to hydraulic testing and precision alignment. This in-house capability significantly reduces repair turnaround times and costs compared to outsourcing component repairs to OEMs or third parties.
