Expertise
RS Windtech Team has the versatility in installing turbines of capacity ranging from 225 KW to megawatt class 3.3 MW WTGs.
RS Windtech holds the record for the minimum time in executing the erection of the megawatt class WTG.
The expertise in this area covers various makes of WTGs i.e. Vestas, Gamesa, WinWind, GE, NEGMicon , Acciona Nordex, Envision, WEG etc. We are proud to have taken part in the installation of various WTG prototypes and the first ISP to have successfully participated the installations of the Acciona Nordex AW3000, 120 meter of concrete tower having 130 Rotor dia & 3MW capacity. Presently we are involved in installing GE wind turbine of capacity 3.3 which is the highest one in India

Civil Work
Our knowledge and experience in windmill foundation work ranges from the old 225kw NEPC Machines to the new generation MW class machines. We also carry out vertical and horizontal grouting in concrete towered wind turbines up to 120 meter height by using concrete injection pump of capacity 150 meters.
In addition ,our civil team takes care of our own requirements of construction of buildings, workshops and other wind farm associated works like grouting, laying of crane pads, pathways and roads.
RS Windtech has done civil works such as pile foundation and inverter room works in the solar power projects also.
USS and Over Head Transmission Line Works
The work force at RS Windtech is well versed and experienced in the nuances of power transmission and allied works as the founder of the company himself was a stalwart in this field as a senior official from TNEB prior to the establishment of the company.
Besides, we have a team of retired Electricity board officials who oversee that the plans of line & structure work are in stringent compliance of Electricity board norms.
Consequently RS Windtech has earned the reputation of achieving targets at much lesser cost and time estimations of clients for their transmission line works.
We have done more than 500 USS works in TN to customer requirements for their wind farms

We are equipped with a variety of advanced, standard and specific tools and tackles to support Installation of different wind turbines of reputed global manufacturers.
Our fully stacked tools containers are always available to carry out WTG installations simultaneously in 12 different locations across the country.
As a service provider, RS Windtech is probably the only company in possession of high precision tools imported from abroad readily available to carryout turn-key projects without time delay.
Our major special tools include Laser alignment kits, Rotor lifting devices, tower lifting jigs, nacelle lifting jigs , Spreader bars, Crimping tools, Torquing tools, Torque multipliers, Tensioning tools, Force-gauges, Concrete injection pumps of 150 meter and 50 meter capacity etc.
