The machine availability is guaranteed as per agreement with customer.
Annual operation and maintenance contract ensures uninterrupted basic services. It covers all monitoring, maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime and maximize performance. Major breakdown involves cranes and workshop are billed separately It includes supply of qualified operators for the smooth running of the WTG round the clock and well trained technicians to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to breakdowns.
Annual operation service contract involves providing experienced /qualified operators to run the WTGs round the clock and ensure uninterrupted power generation under normal conditions
Annual maintenance contract involves providing qualified and experienced Technicians to carry out periodical Preventive Maintenance and attend to Brake downs of the WTGs.
On call Service: RSWE maintains dedicated mobile teams consisting of highly skilled technicians/Engineers to handle trouble shooting, break downs and other wind turbine emergencies in response to urgent calls. This on call service team is available 24x7.
SCADA remotely measures and monitors performance, and provides real-time information to the cloud besides to windfarm owner mobile if needed and to check whether the generation happens in accordance to the power curve provided by the OEM.
The above services are extended for various capacity wind turbines from 250KW to 1.65MW.
