Our Specialized group Our staff has been divided under four specialized groups - One each for Installation, Operation, Periodical Preventive Maintenance and Break down works. Transport and Communication Facilities All these groups are provided with independent vehicles which enable them to reach the spot in minutes for attending the rectification works and minimize down time of machines. With the modern communication facilities they possess, they can communicate the observations made, convey the problems encountered by them and obtain expert-opinion in moments and proceed with the Rectification Works. Our offices are provided with a full fledged computerized system with Intranet and Intranet facilities. Software Engineers develop and update the system continuously. We furnish the Generation Particulars, Machine Availability Details and the complete history of the machines to our customers through Internet. A team of trained persons enter these data.
